HEART CIRCLE - STRAWBERRY MOON w/ cacao, play, dance & sound bath

Heart Circle is a queer inclusive, soft yet playful space to connect, listen & feel the song of our hearts, & to connect with like minded souls <3

We will open the strawberry moon with a gentle meditation, cacao & movement, to allow the bodies natural beat to unfurl.

Then we will rise from the ground, to explore more expansive movements with music collated by the amazing DJ Jo Drezzler, of Brighton's local radio station, 1BTN.

Some words from Jo on her love of music...

"Everything I play is specially selected, expect to hear a classical Indian Raga amongst deep house, North African strings, contemporary London jazz and fresh Jamaican dub/reggae. I love groove, I love soul and I'll play anything that moves me. I love to learn about music, through what I play, so this too will be sent through the airwaves. Expect to learn a little something if you tune in to my two hour shows, and hopefully I'll leave you dancing."

Jo will be dancing in another place on the day, but we are feeling thrilled that she has given us a specially mixed playlist so we can get our groove on & find flow.

After the dancing, we will gently simmer into calming music, and land on the yoga mats, open to receive the gorgeousness of a sound bath and its deep restorative kiss.

Please bring a cup for cacao, a journal if you feel called and a bottle or water as the cacao can be dehydrating.

Yoga mats, bolsters and cosy blankets are provided, but please bring extra layers if you like to be extra warm :)
