In my sound-healing sessions, I use my deep, earth-connected voice to create vibrations that move through the body helping release that which no longer serves you.
You don’t need any experience. You simply lie down, breathe and allow the sound to meet you where you are.
The sound invites the nervous system to settle, the body to soften and what you have been carrying to begin releasing.
