Take a deep exhale, friend — the holidays can be a lot.Before the new year sweeps in, join us on Gabriola Island for an evening designed to shake out the old, clear the static, and make space for what you want for the year ahead.
Think of it as your holiday from the holidays — a soft landing, a reset button, a permission slip to let go of all that you hold and gather up some fresh energy.
Together we’ll explore:
Breathwork to clear the emotional dust
Sound healing to soothe the nervous system
Movement to shake loose the lessons of 2025
We’ll reflect on the year that’s closing…
We’ll bless it for what it taught us…
And then we’ll step into the dawning of a new year with clarity, intention, and a bit more oomph in our souls.
Please bring: a yoga mat and blanket.
