HEART BODY – ein 5Rhythmen-Heartbeat-Tagesworkshop mit Irene H. SánchezEmotions live and move in the body.
The more comfortably and organically we inhabit our body, the closer we are to our heart — and the more freely we learn to express what is alive within us.
HEART · BODY is a Heartbeat-level workshop dedicated to embodied emotional awareness. Through the moving body, we explore emotions not as stories to analyze, but as energetic forces that inform, move and transform us.
Using the 5Rhythms Heartbeat Map, we practice:
Allowing emotions to arrive
Letting them move through the body
Listening to the information they bring
Letting them pass, without holding on or pushing them away
This work supports emotional literacy, resilience and presence — cultivating a flexible, responsive heart–body connection.
Friday Evening – Opening the Field (6:30–8:30 PM)
Friday evening is a gentle and focused landing into the Heartbeat work:
Arriving in the body
Establishing safety and trust
Grounding the nervous system
Opening the emotional field through movement
This session prepares the ground for deeper emotional exploration on Saturday.
Saturday – Embodying the Heartbeat Map (11:00 AM–6:00 PM)
On Saturday we dive fully into the Heartbeat Map, exploring emotions as embodied energies:
Fluid · Fear — sensing, listening, orienting
Staccato · Anger — clarity, boundaries, expression
Chaos · Sadness — letting go, softening control
Lyrical · Joy — expansion, creativity, pleasure
Stillness · Compassion — integration, empathy, presence
Through dance, breath and awareness, we allow emotion to become movement, and movement to become insight and integration.
The extended lunch break (2–3:30 PM) offers space for rest, digestion and integration.
Level & Prerequisites
This workshop is Heartbeat level.
Participants are required to have completed a minimum of 10 hours of Waves level with a certified 5Rhythms® teacher.
✨ The workshop counts as 1,5 days Heartbeat prerequisite for the official 5Rhythms® Teacher Training Path.
Irene H. Sánchez is an internationally certified 5Rhythms® teacher (Waves & Heartbeat).
She is also a Systemic Body Psychotherapist, trained in Family Systemic Therapy and Grief Processes, holds a degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
She weaves together movement, emotional awareness, group process and ritual as pathways for personal and collective transformation. Irene teaches and organizes workshops internationally.
