Heart Basket Workshop

Discover the fundamentals of basket making in this beginner workshop at Strawbery Banke. Guided by Museum instructors, you’ll learn the fundamentals of basket making while crafting your own heart basket, a charming piece ideal for gifting, decorating, or filling with sweet treats.
Step by step, you’ll practice basic weaving methods and gain confidence working with traditional materials. By the end of the session, you’ll take home a completed handwoven basket and the skills to continue making more on your own.
This workshop is suitable for ages 16 and older and limited to 10 participants. All materials are provided. Members $65; Nonmembers $75.
