Join Rachel and Emily for a day of escapism at Treetops, to truly benefit both your heart and soul.
You will enjoy various classes throughout the day such as a Morning Yoga Flow with Rachel, Sound Healing with Emily, some AromaYoga and Yin Yoga with Rachel, a creative/mindfulness session, some time in nature and of course delicious food throughout the day.
They day runs from 9:30am - 3:30pm, and the day will be spent in the house, the garden and woodland at Treetops. The cost for the day is £85 with everything included.
Set in 3 acres Treetops is set in a lovely and peaceful location, which really helps you create that 'getting away from it all' feeling.
