Heart & Sole 5K
About this Event
Join the Hoop for All Foundation and THREESIXTY for the second annual Heart & Sole 5K at East Potomac Park! The community run/walk will raise critical awareness and funds to support both in and out-patient treatment for individuals affected by heart disease, the leading cause of death in the nation.
The event will include a pre-race warm-up session led by local fitness instructors and informational booths focused on heart health, nutrition, and wellness resources. So whether you're a seasoned runner, casual walker, or participating in honor of a loved one, this event is your chance to take steps toward a healthier heart.
This is a family-friendly event and open to all ages, paces, and fitness levels. The route will be clearly marked and staffed with volunteers to ensure safety and accessibility for all, including water stations.
Registration fee includes a custom t-shirt, bib, and participant medal which will be provided race day..
