Heart & Mind Together
On Sunday the 13th of November we are planning to get as many people involved in this event as possible. Using the Dunfermline to Alloa cycle path you can walk/run or cycle whatever distance suits you. We will all start at the William street end and finish in Carnock, Oakley, Comrie Blairhall or even Alloa. It is not a pressured event, its sole purpose is to get people out and enjoying the exercise and banter.
This will be done to raise funds for the amazing charity SAMH. The entry fee will be £10 participant (kids free).
So please get involved for anything that’s close to your heart or you battle in your mind. Depression, anxiety, a loved one…let’s fight the fight together. ??
