Hosted by Frequency of Her™ & Sacred & Soulful Riches, this intimate gathering brings together a small circle of women for a full morning and afternoon of rest, ritual, and real connection.

This is not a workshop. It is not a course. It is a space where you get to breathe, receive, and remember yourself.

The Day Unfolds Like This

8:30 AM — Arrival and settling in

9:00 AM — Cacao Ceremony and Meditation from Frequency of Her™

10:30 AM — Intuitive Tarot Reading Experience from Sacred & Soulful Riches

11:00 AM — Journaling

11:30 AM — Human Design Workshop from Alicia Farricielli

12:30 PM — Lunch (please bring your own; tea and water provided)

1:00 PM — Sound Bath and Breathwork

1:45 PM — Closing Circle

2:00 PM — We part ways, full and grounded
