Heart and Soul Little Rangers Nature Camp

This camp is for our littlest rangers!

We focus on supporting girls to develop positive images of themselves, their abilities and their connection to the outdoor world. Immersion in the outdoors will empower young girls to find their inner strength, listen to their intuition, express their creativity, and teach them to be land stewards,

The girls will:

• Get creative with earth art
• Receive insights with wilderness solo sit spots
• Practice staying peaceful in the midst of stress through mindfulness
• Practice tools for compassionate connection with others
• Learn wilderness survival skills
• Make plant medicines
• Develop meaningful friendships
• Learn the importance of caring for our natural world
• Participate in unstructured/child led nature play
