Welcome to Heart and Soles 2025: Tri Honoring Boundaries!

Come join us on Sun, Feb 16, 2025 for the annual Valentines Day themed 5k put on by the Cal Poly Triathlon Club. This year, the club has decided to partner with Safer, which is Cal Poly's primary confidential resource for addressing sexual assault, intimate partner violence, domestic violence, stalking, sexual exploitation, and harassment. Whether you're an experienced runner, a beginner, or just here for a good time, this event is perfect for you!

What's included with your ticket:

• Race bib
• Heart and Soles bike water bottle
• Race day photos
• Post race snacks

What you need to know:

• The race will take place at Poly Canyon Road on Cal Poly's campus, featuring an out & back course
• Packet pickup will take place at 9:30 am at the Plant Conservatory, which is right next to the start of Poly Canyon Road.
• The race is Valentine's themed, so please WEAR PINK
• There will be an interactive element put on by Safer before and during the race. It is IMPORTANT to show up on time for packet pickup in order to participate in the interactive part of the race!
