Everyone can join and is welcome. If you have attended, minimum 2x a recent Heart Meditation online or at the Lotus Centre in Hobart, in the past six or so months (with the latest, deep Steps into the heart, or Heart Preparation) then you qualify for a 50% discount for day one/Level 1 on Saturday. �
