This relaxed walk is part of the HEARD. global community movement, bringing women diagnosed with ADHD later in life together for fresh air, connection and real conversations.

We’ll meet at Mason Creek Hills Park for a gentle walk, giving everyone the chance to chat, share experiences, or simply enjoy some time outdoors with women who understand.
