Join us for Heard, Chef. a one-night-only chef-led tasting experience at Cocktails Unknown honoring the life, legacy, and birthday of Anthony Bourdain.
Inspired by Bourdain’s travels, late-night dining culture, and belief that food connects us, this intimate evening will feature a globally inspired tasting menu curated by our culinary team, with each course paired alongside thoughtfully crafted cocktails.
Guests can expect bold, travel-inspired dishes with menu highlights including Charred Octopus, Pork Belly Bao, Korean Fried Chicken Bites, Curry Mussels, Dirty Burger Sliders, Proper Mac & Cheese, and chef-selected surprises inspired by Bourdain’s favorite flavors and destinations.
This is not a memorial dinner. It is a tribute to curiosity, conversation, hospitality, and the people who make this industry what it is.
The evening will also include subtle connection elements designed to spark real conversation around the table.
In alignment with the mission behind Cocktails Unknown, a portion of proceeds will be donated to the Anthony Bourdain Scholarship Fund at The Culinary Institute of America and The Burnt Chef Project in support of culinary education, mental health awareness, and resources for the hospitality community.
