Healthy Relationships 101

Healthy Relationships 101 is designed specifically for girls and those identifying as girls, aged 14 to 17, to explore the essential components of healthy relationships, from friendships to romantic connections. Through engaging discussions and interactive activities, participants will learn the foundational basics of relationships, with a strong focus on communication, respect, and setting boundaries.

The session encourages participants to reflect on the importance of mutual respect, trust, and clear communication in all their relationships. They will gain practical skills to foster positive, supportive connections while navigating the complexities of adolescence. Whether dealing with peers, family members, or romantic interests, participants will leave with greater confidence in their ability to build healthy, respectful relationships that empower both themselves and others.

By equipping youth with these skills early on, the workshop aims to promote emotional well-being and positive social interactions that will benefit them throughout their lives. In a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment, participants will develop the tools to confidently address relationship challenges, ensuring they can create and maintain supportive and respectful relationships.
