About this Event

Session 1: Creating Balance in Relationships — Discover the energy that connects us all

Join Boston Body & Brain for the first session of our brand new Healthy Relationships Series — an experience designed to help you feel more balanced, peaceful, and connected in all your relationships.

In this gentle, heart-centered workshop, you’ll learn how to use your inner GPS — your energy system — to navigate the subtle dynamics between yourself and others. Guided by an experienced instructor, you’ll journey inward to discover the world within you and how it shapes your outer world.

Through guided reflection and simple movement, you’ll explore how to:
✨ Restore balance between giving and receiving
✨ Create more safety, trust, and harmony in your connections
✨ Reconnect with your own inner energy as a wellspring of healing and peace

This is your invitation to pause, breathe, and realign — to step back from daily busyness and nurture the deeper flow of energy that sustains your relationships and your life.
