Open Level Ballet Meets Pilates master class with Linda Hurkmans — combining Pilates floorwork and ballet for alignment, strength, flexibility, and artistry.

A rich schedule of two lectures and two movement sessions, led by specialists:
9:00 AM – Functional Core Activation for Turns & Movement (Nicole Posnick‑Wolf, DPT)

11:00 AM – Nutrition for Performing Artists (Gail Bradley, RD, LD)
