Healthy Minds Hike

The goal of a Healthy Minds Hike is to promote mental well-being by combining physical activity with the benefits of nature. Participants engage in guided hikes designed to reduce stress, enhance mood, and foster a sense of community, ultimately supporting holistic mental health. This is a hike for active duty family members, veterans and their families. The hike will be located at Eisenhower Park at 19399 NW Military Hwy San Antonio, TX 78257 and the hike is pet friendly, so participants can bring their pets along.
The hike will be between 1.5 and 4 miles (depending on the individuals activity levels)
