We want our members to be the best they can be! This includes being healthy, fit and eating well. With this in mind, we are launching a Gateway Club, Summer 2025, healthy eating challenge!We all know change is hard so we are going to focus on 3 main areas;
✅ lots of lovely colourful fruit and veg
✅ low sugar - only diet fizzy (or even better squash or water)
✅ lower calorie swas for our favourite treats
