This support group offers community members or caregivers an opportunity to discover new information and build fellowship.
From cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases to cancer diagnoses, recovery from COVID-19 and more, the group has discussion and support for everyone.
All are welcome to attend as often as they would like.
Meetings are from 4:30-5:30 p.m. on the third Wednesday of every month (spring through late fall) in the conference rooms at the SSM Health Janesville Campus.
