About this Event

WeCare at the Milford Wellness Village is partnering with Modern Maturity Center to host a series of healthy living workshops aimed to provide education and resources for those living with chronic disease and Caregivers!

Western Conference Room - April 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, May 2nd and 9th

The program is ideal for those living with Arthritis, COPD, High Blood Pressure, Overweight, Parkinson's Disease, or those that are a Caregiver for others!

The workshops will teach participants how to:

• Prevent or delay health complications

• Deal with frustration, fatigue, pain, and isolation

• Perform appropriate exercises to maintain and improve strength, flexibility, and endurance

• Communicate effectively with health professionals and others

• Understand the value of nutrition in your health.
