Threshold Church of Christ (Iglesia que llena la Brecha para Cristo) and Lead Pastor Darby Paris invites you to an afternoon to participate in a special leadership conference entitled “Healthy Leaders / Healthy Church.” This gathering will bring together pastors, ministry teams, and Christian leaders who desire to grow in Christlike character and foster communities that reflect God’s heart.

The focus of this conference is exploring biblical wisdom and practical strategy for cultivating healthy leaders and churches, empowering participants to move toward a tov culture marked by goodness, truth, and grace. Grounded in Scripture and informed by current insights into spiritual, emotional, and organizational health, each session will offer both theological depth and actionable steps for life and ministry.
