Discover a safe, healthy and fun summer at your Y! At Healthy Kids Day, children and families will have the opportunity to learn about the importance of healthy eating, nutrition and physical activity, mental and emotional well-being, and developing healthy habits.

Join us at The Harriet & Joe Foster Family YMCA on April 26th at 10am to celebrate Healthy Kids Day! Fun events, games, activities, group exercise and youth class demonstrations, healthy snacks, contest and prizes, local vendors and community partner booths, and so much more!
