The Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges will celebrate Healthy Kids Day® - the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids - on April 20, 2024. At Healthy Kids Day, children and families will have the opportunity to learn about the importance of healthy eating, nutrition and physical activity, mental and emotional well-being, and developing healthy habits.
