11:30 a.m. Healthy Hoops Team: Staff, Coaches, Rapping About Prevention and educators/ AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina Staff/ Care Crew volunteers arrive and set-up. 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Note: Students from other local Boys & Girls Clubs may be in transit joining us for Healthy Hoops. 1:00 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. Group 1 (10-12year-olds) Basketball clinics in Gym Group 2 (13-15-year-olds) Healthy Hoops health education in Multi-Purpose Room Group 3 (16-18-year-olds) Healthy Hoops Games/Activities in Game Room 1:50 p.m. – 2:35 p.m. Group 2 (13-15-year-olds) Basketball clinics in Gym Group 3 (16-18-year-olds) Healthy Hoops health education in Multi-Purpose Room Group 1 (10-12year-olds) Healthy Hoops Games/Activities in Game Room 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Suggested arrival time for VIPs. 2:40 p.m. – 3:25 p.m. Group 3 (16-18-year-olds) Basketball clinics in Gym Group 1 (10-12year-olds) Healthy Hoops health education in Multi-Purpose Room Group 2 (13-15-year-olds) Healthy Hoops Games/Activities in Game Room 3:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Health Education FINALE with Rapping About Prevention– ALL participants in Gym Health Topic: Dangers of Vaping Basketball and drawstring bag distribution to take place at DISMISSAL. 4:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Students from other clubs dismiss to return to their clubs for parent pick-up which begins around 5:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina Mobile Wellness Unit onsite providing health screenings available to families during pick-up. The Club closes at 6:00 p.m.
