Join us for a Blue Zones inspired cooking demo where we’ll show you how to create lighter, healthier versions of your favorite holiday dishes.

From simple ingredient swaps to cooking tips that boost flavor and nutrition, Registered Dietitian and Chef Theresa Mazza will show you how to bring festive meals to the table that everyone will love. Come hungry for ideas and leave inspired to make your holidays both delicious and wholesome!
