Healthy Hearts Nourished the Soul: Community Heart Health Fair

Healthy Hearts Nourish Souls: You Are the Heartbeat of the Community is a teen-led community health fair focused on heart health, love, and collective wellness.

Hosted in partnership with St. Peter Missionary Church, this event is powered by teens from TOTM-100, who are motivating their loved ones and neighbors to take care of their hearts through education, action, and connection.

Attendees will enjoy heart health screenings, movement activities, stress relief practices, wellness education, and interactive stations designed to help families “know their numbers” and make heart-smart choices. Teens will lead conversations, demonstrations, and outreach—showing how youth leadership can inspire healthier communities.

This fair is more than an event—it’s a reminder that when teens lead with purpose, the entire community benefits. Come learn, move, breathe, and be encouraged.
