Healthy Happy You

We all know how hard it is, when there are small people around, work and busy schedules, to get some time to ourselves and to look after our own well-being, both physical and mental.

So we are bringing you a fun, self-focussed event to fundraise for the Hazlehead Parent Council giving you 2 hours to focus on YOU!

Lauren will share her tips on how we can take time to focus on your mental well-being, how to empty your 'stress bucket' and seek some calm at the end of a busy, stressful day.

We will then have a 45 minute spin session with Kerry, owner and founder of Team Cycle, Aberdeen's first Spinning studio.

And we'll round off the evening with a brief intro and tips for looking after your physical well-being, and how to fuel your body for optimal health even when life is busy with small people.

There will be plenty of healthy treats to try, a goodie pack to take away and raffle to win £180 worth of healthy goodies.

Raffle tickets will be available to purchase at the event, £5 per ticket (please bring cash for raffle tickets).

All raffle money and £5 of your booking fee will go to the school's Parent Council to help fund various teaching support items and activities across Hazlehed Primary School and its ELC.

• Refreshments will be be provided before and after the spin class, so if you suffer from any food allergies, please let us know in advance, by contacting Ellie Speagell on 07748966145.
• Please bring warm clothing for before and after the spin class, such as a cosy hoodie, as the studio can feel quite cold, especially after your class.
• Please feel free to bring a drink for during the class, but refreshments will be provided before class, and there is usually water on each bike.
