Healthy, Happy, & Bright - Free Family & Youth Literacy

Join Make Kids Matter for our annual Healthy, Happy & Bright -- Free Family Literacy & Wellness Night! This is a completely FREE

community event designed for children, youth, and families across the West Valley of Greater Phoenix.

Make Kids Matter is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Glendale, Arizona. We exist to empower and uplift children by providing essential

products, educational opportunities, and emotional support -- ensuring every child knows their worth, reaches their potential, and feels

seen, heard, and valued.

This event is more than just a literacy night. It is a full community celebration -- packed with free food, free merchandise, free books,

exciting activities, sports and games, parent education, and a Certificate of Achievement for every child who completes our literacy

program activities. No cost. No barriers. Every family is welcome.

Whether your child is just learning to read or already loves books, this event has something for everyone. Our bilingual staff and

volunteers will be on hand to support families in English and Spanish throughout the evening.

RSVP is strongly encouraged so we can prepare your child's free goody bag and merchandise. Space is limited. All West Valley families

welcome -- Glendale, Avondale, Goodyear, Peoria, Surprise, Buckeye, Tolleson, and beyond.
