Healthy for Life is a 4-week series where you will learn practical skills in eating healthy and physical activity to reduce your risk of chronic diseases.
Classes will be held at the Chaires Community Center (4768 Chaires Cross Road, Tallahassee, FL) Fridays from 10:00 to 11:00am.
9/27 - Meal Planning, Mindfulness, & Physical Activity
10/04 - Controlling Cholesterol & Blood Sugar
10/11 - Basics in Diabetes Prevention & Management
10/18 - Blood Pressure and the Benefits of Herbs & Spices.
