The Antelope Valley Family YMCA isthrilled to present Healthy Families Day
to our community! Join us for a day
packed with exciting activities suitable
for all ages. Explore a wide range of
resources available in the community at
minimal or no cost. From free engaging
exercise classes and health screenings
to the opportunity to purchase fresh
local produce, this event promises to
bring joy to all who attend.
We are inviting our members, programs,
participants, and every single family in
the Antelope Valley to join us on May
18th. Partner with us to inspire our youth
and our local families to incorporate
health into their daily lives.
This free community event aims to
inspire kids and families to keep their
minds and bodies active throughout the
year and beyond. This year will be no
different as we highlight how the Y helps
build healthy, resilient kids through
physical activity, nutritious foods,
learning opportunities, social-emotional
learning, health & well-being and more.
