Looking to boost your nutrition game? Come meet us in person at our Healthy Eating PCN Event! It’s a fantastic chance to learn healthy tips, meet like-minded folks, and get inspired to eat better every day. Don’t miss out on all the free advice, fresh ideas and enthusiastic community support (and free cuppas!) – we'd love to see you there.

Info: Once you arrive through the main entrance, you'll be signed in by our friendly staff, shown where the free refreshments are and guided towards the seating area ready for the presentation.

Info: Our very own Adult Dietician Gill will be discussing all things healthy eating including food prep, batch cooking, meal types and nutritional ingredients to help support our health (and waistline!)

Info: Last year Millissa gave an informative and interactive presentation about the charity Affordable Foods whom she managers - Affordable Foods offers free food, a subsidised food supermarket, fantastic group and social opportunities with an ethos of food usage not waste.

Info: A fantastic chance to browse the agency marketplace that come to support our event and showcase the support they can provide within our local community.
