About this Event
Unsure which information to trust? Think eating healthily is too expensive? Concerned you're not getting enough protein? Should you be fasting or reducing calories? Wondering what UPFs actually are? Then this informative, educational session is perfect for you!
Join us as we cut through the hype, bust myths, and break down the basics of nutrition. We'll discuss the plate approach, share top tips, and provide quick wins to help you build a healthy and sustainable diet for long-term well-being. This two-hour class includes easy-to-follow recipe ideas, demonstrations, and plenty of delicious tastings.
The session will be led by Dr. Natalie Grinvalds, a nutrition expert and researcher in physical activity, health, and behavior change from Sheffield Hallam University’s Advanced Wellbeing Centre.
