Healthy Church Dynamic Training Eastern Canada

Healthy Church Dynamics Training is a practical, biblically grounded experience designed to help churches grow toward health, maturity, and multiplication.

Over four days, pastors and ministry leaders will learn how to discern the spiritual phase their local church is currently in and apply biblical principles to nurture it toward greater health. This training helps churches move from survival to stability, from stability to health, and from health to multiplication.

Participants will gain clarity on common ministry pitfalls, leadership development pathways, and sustainable next steps for implementation within their own congregation.

This is not simply a conference — it is a working training. Churches are strongly encouraged to attend with their leadership teams so they can leave with a practical implementation plan tailored to their context.

By the end of the weekend, leaders will have:

• A clearer understanding of their church’s current growth phase

• Biblical principles for maintaining health

• Identified next steps toward maturity and multiplication

• A structured action plan to guide the coming year
