Caring for someone with dementia or signs of Alzheimer’s, or living with a diagnosis yourself?

Join our Healthy Brain Initiative community event to connect with resources, learn from experts, and recharge. This event is specially designed for both caregivers and people living with dementia and Alzheimer's to enjoy together. Plus, don't miss out on our free raffle for a chance to win one of several exciting prizes!

• 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Local Resource Fair

• 2:45 PM – 3:00 PM: Prize Raffle
• 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Creative Activity: Collage & Vision Boarding

Event Highlights

• Community Connection & Swag: Kick off the day with coffee, tea, and snacks. Grab some fun swag, capture a memory at our photo booth, and chat with others using our tabletop conversation cards.
• Expert-Led Training: Hear from community leaders and experts during an insightful discussion tailored specifically to supporting people living with dementia (PWLD) and their dedicated caregivers.
• Resource Fair: Connect directly with local organizations and gather physical resources, tools, and networks designed to support your family's specific needs.
• Creative Well-Being: Wrap up the afternoon by tapping into your creativity with a relaxing collage and vision-boarding session—a perfect way to reflect and practice self-care. (Participants are highly encouraged to bring a photo of a loved one to incorporate into their collage board!)

Important Registration Notes:

• Bring a Photo: Don't forget to bring a favorite photo of a loved one to use during our afternoon collage and vision-boarding activity.
• Ticket Limits: To ensure we can accommodate as many families as possible, there is a strict limit of 1–2 guests per registration on Eventbrite.
• Raffle: Please arrive on time to collect your free raffle tickets at the door for a chance to win prizes later in the day!
