Welcome to Healthy Blood Pressure - a group education session led by your local healthcare team about how to keep your blood pressure healthy. This group is running on multiple dates and you will only need to attend once.

We will be sharing tips and advice on how to improve your lifestyle to reduce your blood pressure. You will be able to ask the healthcare team about any questions you may have, and there will be an opportunity to access other local services that can support you with health and wellbeing.
