Hope, the Mobile Mammography Van, is coming to HealthCore Clinic on East 21st!
Don’t put off your mammogram, give yourself peace of mind.
❗ You must schedule an appointment. Contact your host site organizer to schedule. ❗
We bring the equipment and providers to you! Regular breast health screenings help find breast cancer early when it is most treatable and has the most treatment options.
-Women over 40 are eligible for screening if it has been at least 12 months since your last mammogram.
-Insurance will be filed for you if you participate in private, commercial, or other insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid. Please have your insurance information available when scheduling or when you arrive.
-We will email you or your site event organizer pre-registration paperwork to complete before the event.
-Exams will be scheduled in 20-minute time slots. Contact your site event organizer to schedule.
To prepare for your appointment day, do not use deodorant, powder or lotions. We recommend an easily removable top since you will be asked to undress from the waist up and wear a gown.
