Healthcare Workers Connect: A Community Dinner in West Philly

Join WHIVE Commons for a community dinner bringing together women healthcare professionals from across Philadelphia, with a particular focus on women from underserved and historically underrepresented communities, for an evening of food, connection, and meaningful conversation.

Whether you work in clinical care, public health, administration, research, or another part of the healthcare system, this gathering offers a welcoming space to step outside the workplace, connect with other women in healthcare, share experiences, and build relationships across roles and communities.

With women making up the majority of the healthcare workforce but remaining significantly underrepresented in leadership, opportunities to build relationships, share skills, and strengthen professional networks are critical to supporting women’s advancement in healthcare.

Together, we’ll create space for honest conversation about navigating healthcare careers, supporting one another, and strengthening community among women whose voices and experiences are too often underrepresented within the healthcare system.
