Mental health awareness is important. But awareness alone is not enough.
The Executive & Founder Mental Health Check is designed to move the conversation from abstract to blueprint by asking:
What exists? What is missing? What can we build together?
The evening will explore the realities facing today's leaders, including burnout and chronic stress, leadership isolation, decision fatigue, stigma around vulnerability, blurred personal and professional boundaries, access to trusted resources, prevention, and sustainable leadership.
Our goal is to begin connecting the people, organizations, resources, and ideas that can contribute to practical solutions for executive and founder mental health.
This is not a clinical treatment session. It is a professional and community conversation centered on prevention, education, resources, connection, collaboration, and leadership sustainability.
