This is a weekend workshop starting on a Friday night and continuing through Saturday and Sunday. We will be sharing scientific research about Yoga and its benefits for Health Wellness and Well-Being. We will also be sharing information about Cancer what it is treatments side effects and how Yoga can help ease the pain anxiety and have a better body awareness. For Yoga Teachers this will provide 15 CEU's per Yoga Alliance requirements. A manual and handouts will be provided with details of the entire workshop for you to take home and use in the future.
