Join us for the Kappa Health Symposium: Learn, Engage, & Transform, a free community health event featuring local health professionals Dr. Camille Clarke-Smith, Dr. VonZell Wade, and Alice Williams. Gain practical insights on staying active, mental and emotional health, and preventative screenings and immunizations, while also taking advantage of free onsite vaccinations and biometric screenings. Come learn, engage, and take a proactive approach to your health!

Info: Dr. Camille Clarke-Smith is a health and wellness leader, exercise professional, and community health advocate with 25+ years of experience helping people improve health through movement, education, and lifestyle change. She holds a Doctorate in Health and Physical Activity, a Master's in Exercise Science, and a Master's in Social Work.

She is Program Director at UPMC Health Plan, focusing on quality improvement and community engagement, including the Medicare Faith & Wellness Program. She is also Founder and Executive Director of THAW—Transforming the Health of African American Women.

Through Camille Clarke LLC, she offers strength and wellness coaching, and serves in ministry with husband Pastor Michael Smith at Destiny International Ministries.

A lifelong fitness professional, she competed nationally in figure competitions, earning status as an OCB Figure Pro. She believes staying active is about building strength, mobility, independence, and quality of life at every stage.

Info: Dr. VonZell Wade, PhD, LPC, CCTP is a licensed professional counselor, educator, and nationally recognized behavioral health and recovery leader with 20+ years of experience promoting mental health, emotional wellness, and community resilience.

He serves as Executive Director and Co-Founder of Lost Dreams Awaken Center, a Recovery Community Organization expanding access to mental health services, addiction recovery support, and peer workforce development. As a Clinical Assistant Professor at Duquesne University, he teaches graduate and doctoral counseling students, specializing in trauma, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.

A dynamic speaker, Dr. Wade has delivered keynotes and trainings nationwide on mental health, resilience, trauma recovery, stress management, leadership, and recovery capital, equipping audiences with tools to strengthen wellness while reducing stigma. He is passionate about helping communities thrive through hope, resilience, and lifelong wellness.

Info: Alice Williams is a strategic leader in community economic development and Executive Director of Women Empowered for Entrepreneurial Excellence (WEEE), where she designs pathways that move under-resourced entrepreneurs toward sustainable business growth and financial stability.

As the visionary behind WEEE's programming, Alice has built a model integrating business development, financial literacy, and applied technology to help entrepreneurs strengthen decision-making, increase revenue, and build generational economic mobility. Under her leadership, WEEE has developed cohort-based initiatives emphasizing business planning, market positioning, and financial capability as tools for long-term success, positioning entrepreneurship as a stabilizing force for families and communities.

Alice also leads WEEE Care, the organization's health and wellness initiative, reflecting her view that sustainable communities require economic opportunity and accessible health resources.
