We are excited to be partnering with SPAR’s Family Fit Fest and Resource Tour to raise awareness about making important healthcare decisions with our loved ones who are aging or living with brain-related conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease.

During these events, you can enjoy 15-minute live demonstrations from professional instructors to help you discover your new favorite way to move.
