Je’wel Lucas, a Black woman multidisciplinary artist, will share a mini magazine she created to encourage Black North Carolinians to sign up for Medicaid expansion, and we’ll celebrate the community with art stations, a bounce house, face painting, food and drinks, and more. Plus, healthcare info and Navigators will be available to help folks enroll in Medicaid.
