Strengthening Communities of Belonging: Reconnecting, Restoring, and Rebuilding
Now more than ever, we recognize the need to connect with our communities and the importance of belonging as a determinant of health. We are excited to announce that we plan to convene the 13th annual Health Equity & Social Justice Conference in person this year, providing a space to rekindle our networks and renew our collective passion for health equity. We look forward to sharing best practices with our research and practice communities and centering our efforts to facilitate health and well-being across Chicago. Please join us!
