Please come along to Blakelaw Community Centre on Tuesday 10th December free health checks available 9.30 - 3pm (no appointment required)
We will be able to provide height+weight measurement, calculate BMI, blood glucose testing and cholesterol testing with a finger-prick test and provide healthy living advice and information around healthy eating, exercise, stopping smoking, and alcohol consumption.
