If you are an employer who is trying to comply with federal and Louisiana state laws regarding your health plan, this is your chance to talk to both federal and state regulators at the same time, in the same place. If you are a third party administrator or a carrier who has questions about new laws and issues, this is your opportunity to ask the experts.
The U.S. Department of Labor is teaming up with the Louisiana Division of Insurance to bring you practical information, helpful tips, and clarification regarding Louisiana and federal health benefits laws.
This is a free 2-day seminar for small- to medium-sized employers to help comply with Federal and state health care laws including ERISA, the Affordable Care Act, COBRA, the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act, the No Surprises Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
This seminar is FREE and open to the public. Registration will be on a first come first served basis, so please register as soon as possible and NO LATER THAN September 20, 2024.
