Sign up to be a vendor at our Health & Wellness Event !
We are putting together a health and wellness fair right here in Kingwood at a Perk Business in April. This is an indoor event and each vendor will need to bring one 6ft. table and two chairs.
We are ONLY taking 30 vendor for this fair. No exceptions
You have to be in the health and wellness industry to participate and holistic health and wellness counts as well.
AREAS OF FOCUS
1.Physical Wellness
2.Emotional Wellness.
3.Social Wellness.
4.Spiritual Wellness.
*Juice and smoothie bars are welcome*
Due date to sign up as a vendor is February 26, 2023
You are counted as a participating vendor once paid. You cannot use this event as a make up or trade for markets in Kingwood Town Center Park. This is not part of the membership or Town Center Park events.
