Step into the oasis. On December 6th, we’re transforming Hope4Life into a 3-hour movement event!

From boxing to restorative flow to Pilates, this is your chance to sample multiple modalities, vibe with your community, and move your body your way. Whether you’re throwing combos in the FIRE ZONE, flowing in the AIR ZONE, or sculpting in the EARTH ZONE — you’re in for a one-of-a-kind fitness event.

What to Expect:

• 3 curated fitness zones

• 40-minute workouts repeating throughout the day

• Certified instructors leading every session

• Come-and-go flexibility: stay in one zone or explore them all

• All levels welcome — sweat at your own pace

• Hosted outdoors at Hope4Life

Bring the heat in this high-energy zone built around boxing and power-based movement. Expect fast footwork, explosive combos, and full-body conditioning that leaves you sweating and smiling. All levels welcome — whether you’re throwing your first jab or ready to go all out.

Strong, grounded, and unstoppable.

This zone is all about control, form, and functional strength. Using bodyweight and core-focused movement, you’ll tone and challenge your muscles from the inside out. Expect sculpting circuits that meet you where you are — and push you where you’re going.

Pilates Core · Full Body Sculpt

Flow, breathe, release.

Find your calm in the chaos. The Air Zone is your space to stretch, reset, and reconnect. Through mindful movement, deep mobility, and intentional breathwork, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, restored, and more in tune with your body.
