What is weight training and how can it improve your health?How should men and women approach training differently based on how our bodies were designed by God? What role should nutrition play in your health and training? Come and find out answers to all of these questions. Training is for men, women, younger or older, fit or out of shape. A fitness plan should be tailored to the individual even if it’s done in a group setting.
Paul plans to address the needs and concerns most women have about training and typical gym culture. Any kind of training should help promote health and longevity as we serve our Heavenly Father, our families and others.
Paul Saevre has been coaching and training athletes for more than 30 years. Coaching basketball on every level from youth to the college level brought him into the world of strength and conditioning. Over the past 15+ years he has been involved more directly with weight training and fitness for people who want to feel better, move better and be able to do the activities they enjoy pain free. He holds certifications with USA weightlifting, CrossFit L2, Precision Nutrition as well as Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism.
