Why the Inner Teen?

The Inner Teen is often overlooked — sometimes labeled “the rebel.” Think back to your middle school and high school years… yes, that teen.

The one who held a lot in but still made it through.

The one who was seen as a “mini adult.”

The one trying to figure out who they were before the world told them who to be.

We’ll explore:

• Who were you before the responsibilities?

• What dreams did you allow to fade?

• How does that teen still show up in your adult life?

• What does he or she still want to say?

Join me as we do this healing work together. Space is intentionally limited to maintain safety, depth, and intimacy within the collective.
